We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an
Analyst, Asset & Liability Management. Principal Responsibilities - Technical support to Asset Liability Management (ALM) model development and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Production of ALM results for SAA review and TAA range assessment
- Analytical support to the assessment of Economic Capital (EC), IFRS17 CSM & PBT and local statutory solvency
- Production and consolidation of regular Group ALM risk Management Information (MI) report for Global Insurance ALCO
- Production of regular real world economic scenarios for ALM purpose
- Analysis of asset and liability data for ALM and hedging strategies
- Participate in the implementation of ALM initiatives, management information (MI), capital optimisation and strategic projects.
- Perform cashflow projection and stress test to better understand liquidity risk of different investment initiatives on the balance sheet
- Support model governance required by Group Model Risk policy
Requirements
- 1-5 years experience in insurance companies or consultancy firms
- Near qualified or qualified actuary or actuarial/mathematic degree
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills including ability to "think outside the box"
- Some experience with SunGuard Asset Liabilites Stochastic (ALS) model or Prophet model
- Good at Microsoft Excel, VBA, Python software and Microsoft Power Point
- Fluent in English
- Team player
