Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect potential new clients by researching companies, identifying key decision makers, cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and attending industry events
• Establish relationships with prospects, learn about their business needs
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to each prospective client
• Manage sales conversations by answering objections, negotiating contracts/prices, and closing deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently
• Work with the Marketing Team to plan new sales channels and occasionally help out with some social media content (Not Necessary)
• Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM and report on performance metrics
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or other sales/customer-facing role
• F&B and Hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to learn and demonstrate product knowledge confidently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Persistent self-starter comfortable making dozens of cold calls/emails per day
• Organised and detail-oriented with skills tracking multiple opportunities
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and work under pressure
• Travel availability to attend industry conferences/events or visit clients
• Experience with startups or small businesses is a plus
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is required, fluency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not necessary
