Trading Project Manager (Perm) - Crypto Exchange

Our client is a Crypto exchange who is looking for a Trading Project Manager to join their Quant team. This role will work closely with the business, trader, and Quant developer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as Project Manager to manage trading-internal and cross-departmental strategic projects
  • Responsible on listing operation process
  • Develop the roadmap for trading desks
  • Conduct sprint planning meetings and manage backlog / tasks in Jira system


Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science / Finance / Business / Quant related disciplines
  • Solid experience in Front office trading team
  • Knowledge in trading lifecycle, database and system architecture
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to trading activities and team management.
  • Oral and written communication skill in Mandarin is a plus
