We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Communications Design Manager. Principal Responsibilities - Develop insurance product materials for supporting product launch & enhancement and ad-hoc request of changes
- Understand customer needs and transform them into customer-friendly selling propositions and communications
- Drive communication excellence initiatives to form a leading market standards by embedded customer centric approach in our editorial, written and communication style
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills in influencing, motivating and building strong internal or external business relationships in a complex organisation, e.g. marketing, multiple distribution channels, operation, underwriting, finance, legal and compliance
- Ensure timely delivery of core deliverables with high accuracy, service standard and quality to drive business strategy
- Ensure all artefacts adhere to the established marketing process and guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years of insurance product marketing experience
- Detail-minded, ability to handle multitask in a fast-paced work environment, and prioritize work assignments
- Well-developed communication, interpersonal and project management skills, with excellent relationship skillset in dealing with stakeholders and vendor
- Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English is a must
- Can work independently, both at a strategically and tactical level
