Title: Seasoned HRBP – FinTech industry Location: Hong Kong About the Role: Our client is a growing FinTech company with global presence, who is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Hong Kong. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders across all levels as trusted advisor, coach and change facilitator.
Key Responsibilities: - Align HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a high-performance culture
- Identify and analyse leadership gaps, strengthen the leadership pipeline in different functions and initiate leadership development plans, and conduct succession planning initiatives
- Conduct leader and organization data analysis, provide valuable insight and solutions to the business in regards to our people & organization health index
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the organization
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree
- 8+ years of working in HRBP role, preferably at least 4 years in the fintech or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Excellent in problem-solving with a big picture in mid, and analytical skills
