Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Audit Manager to join our Corporate Credit Audit Team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and execute audits focused on corporate credit processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute audit strategies for corporate credit operations.
- Assess risk management processes and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on corporate credit or related areas.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
