Analyst, Nostro Reconciliation - Night Shift

Job duties:

• Conduct daily reconciliations for multiple currency accounts across different entities, adhering to set deadlines.
• Conduct initial inquiries to manually reconcile transactions whenever feasible.
• Investigate and assign all unresolved items to the respective department responsible for resolution.
• Investigate unidentifiable amounts with Nostro Agents or internal departments.
• Regularly pursue and escalate unresolved or long-standing discrepancies following established protocols.
• Record transactions such as charges, minor variances, and intercompany transfers.
• Distribute and rectify SWIFT messages to the appropriate departments within agreed upon time frames.
• Generate daily and monthly reports within specified time frames.
• Support the Team Head in executing joint projects, global initiatives, and spontaneous assignments.

Job requirements:

• University Degree
• 3+ years of experience in reconciliations or accounting
• Excellent sense of urgency and prioritization
• Fluency in English
