Responsibilities
• Provide COO Office coverage for Global Financial Markets (GFM) across Sales, Trading and Fixed Income business to drive business management and controls aspects.
• Provide support to sales and trading teams to resolve issues related to system, workflow, operation and products.
• Responsible for cost & expense analysis, invoices processing, monitor budget and cost saving.
• Perform various enhancing business policies and guidelines to ensure it remains robust and in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Manage vendor and contract-related activities, including establishing and renewing contracts.
• Participate in various robotics/automation projects and enhancements across different BU/SU.
• Develop data dashboard and conduct data analysis to generate business insights.
• Serve as BCP coordinator, responsible for organizing and executing various drills exercise for GFM.
• Perform other tasks as required to support the diverse business and control needs of GFM.
Requirements
• Degree holder in Finance or related discipline with minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury products, systems, project management and support
• Good knowledge of data tool (e.g. Tableau) and RPA tool (e.g. Python, Visual Basic Application Macro in Excel) is a plus
• Exposure to end user technology needs and workflow processes
• Good organization, communication and well-learning of working attitude
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong risk & control sense and analytical skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fulfillment of requirements under the Enhanced Competency Framework on Treasury Management is a plus
