What role will you play?

You will be involved in comprehensive assurance reviews, covering all phases from planning and scoping to execution, documentation, and reporting. You will play a crucial role in identifying and analysing issues and their root causes. Additionally, you will effectively communicate the review outcomes to various stakeholders, including compliance and business teams.

  • An analytical and investigative mindset with the ability to identify and propose viable solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, essential for developing relationships across various stakeholder groups
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality of work
  • A great team player who can collaborate effectively with others, while also being able to work independently
  • 3 years of compliance assurance or audit experience from an audit firm, financial services organisation or a financial regulator will be an advantage.

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
