About the Role
Reporting to the department head and leading a team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Digital & Technology project portfolio, which includes business-driven technology projects and digital initiatives. You will serve as a collaborative business partner, comprehending the organization's goals and objectives while supporting its strategic needs from a technology perspective. You will ensure that all delivery aspects-encompassing architecture, business analysis, design, build, and testing-are executed on schedule and with the required quality. You will manage the results from relevant third parties and strategic delivery partnerships during the digital transformation phase, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders. Engage stakeholders to address user requests with business-aligned solutions, recommend digital services, AI technology driven solution, stay updated on industry trends, and manage resource planning and talent development in an innovative work environment. Finally, you and your team will identify and implement automation opportunities to create a more integrated business with seamless, automated processes.
The Successful Application
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 12 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of technology for a scalable business
- Knowledge of construction or property development IT functions and systems will be a big plus
- Strong software development lifecycle management background.
- Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence systems and reporting.
- Experience with end user IT support and vendor management skill sets
- Ability to organize and plan effectively to meet both short and long-range goals and objectives
- Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with peers, clients, vendors and IT management
- Proven ability to lead and motivate others in accomplishing goals
- Good command in Chinese and English
