- Prepare in-depth KPI study and business analysis of Agency under respectively Agency Zone to support APE growth
- Support Zone in executing company strategies and initiatives in agency channel
- Provide support in agency recruitment activities under respectively Agency Zone to support agency headcount growth
- Support Zone to prepare and consolidate agency management ideas to agency leaders and related business enablers
- Support Zone in agency business planning activities, such as monthly leader meeting, quarterly planning meeting, annual planning meeting, etc. And execute compliance monitoring measures for agency quality enhancement
