Job Description: Responsibilities - Engage in improvement program on process streamline and service enhancement on policy administration
- Participate in requirement collection and clarification, check progress regularly and report potential risk and delay with recovery plans
- Prepare documentation and arrange training on new services and process flow to related stakeholders
- Meet milestone and deliver desired outcomes based on project schedule
- Take responsive action to keep project status on track and escalate on red flags
- Uplift the competency of team to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned from supervisor from time to time
Requirements - University graduate
- At least 5 years of working experience in life policy administration, with solid records on enhancement implemented
- Professional qualification such as LOMA and PMP is an advantage
- Adequate knowledge on product and operation process
- Good analytical and excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken languages, Mandarin is a must
- Good team player
- Hand-on PC skill in using MS office and Chinese Word Processing
