Key Responsibilities
- Support trading platforms, order management, and risk systems for FX, Rates, and Equity desks.
- Be the first point of contact for application technical issues on the trading floor.
- Investigate and resolve application incidents, working with traders, risk managers, and developers.
- Identify and fix problems, escalating critical incidents when needed.
- Assist traders and operations with trade-related queries and issues.
- Manage and maintain local trading desk tools.
- Assist FO teams on trading related RAD.
- Coordinate daily with the head office on new developments, deployments, and stay aware of the global agenda.
- Guide junior traders on tools development.
- Be the go-to person for Asia-specific system nuances.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in application support
Knowledge & Skills
- Good understanding of financial markets and products (FX, equity, rates derivatives).
- Previous experience working with Murex is preferred.
- Hands-on coding skills in Python, VBA, and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Fluent in English
