Your new role
- Review client access requests and conduct data consistency checks across firm client data systems.
- Handle client and sales onboarding requests to a new integrated instant messaging platform, ensuring client data aligns with firm records. Support and process changes to client and sales data to maintain data consistency between platforms.
- Assist AMT with defining local requirements to document procedure updates and facilitate platform enhancements.
- Support UAT to facilitate process rollout, process tracking and status updates.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks such as archiving and document scanning.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education or experience. Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking is a plus.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin).
- At least 2 years professional experience in the Banking sector. Candidates with less experience may be considered.
