Responsible for end-to-end accounts payable operations

Responsbilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end accounts payable operations
  • To compile, process and maintain accounts payable records without delay
  • Ensure that controls around the accounts payable process are strong and within policies and procedures
  • Keep proper accounting records for fixed assets
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects like system enhancement, process revamp, streamlining etc.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or relevant disciplines
  • Professional qualifications in LCCI, HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage
  • 3 years experience or above in accounts payable function
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure; organized and detail-minded
