Retail Distribution - Wealth Sales Distribution Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 260 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.
We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Executive Insurance Product Expert II.
Principal responsibilities - Assist in driving the insurance business by identifying & capturing insurance business opportunities with prompt follow up so as to deepen HASE customer penetration, particularly the 'HNW' and the 'Mainlander' customer segment
- Deliver 'Total retirement planning' solution to the most prestige customers of HASE, particular the mainlander and 'top-tier' customer segment
- Assist CRMs/ECRMs to identify their customers' financial needs on retirement and legacy planning in order to provide the appropriate insurance solution for them
- Explore & expand customer base for insurance products
- Ensure all control measures relevant to the job are undertaken to minimize risk exposure
- Maintain the Group's/ Bank's internal control standards, implement and observe the Group's/ Bank's Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring
Requirements - University graduate preferred; CFA/CFP/CFMP/QRA would be an advantage
- Minimum of 4 years insurance sales experience; Exposure in universal life insurance policy would be an advantage
- Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 is a must/ HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 is preferred)
- Attain any internal standards as required by country
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; Fluent Putonghua preferred
- Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
- Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
- Be curious and with passion to think deeply and rationally
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
