We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Content Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

(1) Digital CIO
  • Lead and implement Digital CIO initiatives including CIO-led GenAI innovation project, Virtual CIO across GPB & Wealth
  • Champion and participate in key digital content governance activities and risk control
  • Support Asias deployment of the GPB Chat platform on CIO & IWS materials on daily basis
  • Assist the development and production of videos and multimedia deliverables (podcasts, videos, vlog) and seek new approach to enhance the effectiveness of multimedia output delivery
  • Support PC segment new initiatives on digital servicing
  • Support product and sales campaign through IWS digital product marketing initiatives to drive business growth
  • Monitor digital results, trends, user engagement matrix, data analytics and conduct competitor analysis
(2) Content Planning and Production
  • Formulate and support CIO content planning and commercialisation strategy across client segments and markets
  • Manage investment content translation into Chinese, including Global and regional CIO publications, investment presentations, marketing materials, product narratives, IWS product documents
  • Participate in specific content tasks (e.g. client communications, client letters, clients notifications, websites) customised for target group of clients
  • Support broader IWS teams on ad-hoc content production and translation, by using GenAI technologies
(3) Social Media Content Management
  • Develop and champion WeChat and LinkedIn communication strategy to drive awareness on investment insights and banking services
  • Drive and work with internal and external stakeholders on WeChat future phase developments to support Greater China growth strategy
  • Collaborate with content contributors to script, polish and execute content posts on WeChat And LinkedIn
  • Monitor and analyse client usage statistics, platform traffic and user engagement metrics on social media platforms to identify customer needs, business opportunities and close service gaps
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics or relevant field
  • 5-8 years of experience as marketing manager, content strategists, communication manager or relevant role
  • Strong competencies in content optimisation, content development and scripting as well as project implementation
  • High language proficiency in Chinese and English
  • A team player, organised, detail-oriented and adaptive to changes
  • Ability to multi-task and work under fast-paced environment
