About the role
As a Contract Policy Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing operational support for general insurance products and assisting with system migration projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage policy documents for new business, renewals, and endorsements.
- Prepare policy documents and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Participate in projects and provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Communicate with customers regarding policy administration issues.
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Higher diploma or a related qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in policy administration.
- Experience with general insurance products is a plus.
- Proficiency in both spoken Cantonese and written English.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
