About the Role
Reporting to the CTO, you will lead a team to advance the ERP project by managing resources, budgets, timelines, and risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital transformation goals with business needs. Overseeing project delivery from start to finish, formulating and executing an ERP strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation. With the team, you will drive best practices to maintain competitiveness, working with functional leaders to manage project portfolios, leading teams in developing business and system requirements and testing plans. In addition, articulating project impacts for timely and budget-conscious delivery, mentoring teams on application standards and integration design, while monitoring ERP performance for improvements, establishing maintenance policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a high-performing team of ERP professionals for collaboration and continuous improvement. Lastly, work with stakeholders to drive the execution of a portfolio of projects through effective prioritization, planning, vendor management, and oversight which will optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information system or a related field
- 12+ years of experience with IT applications in implementing, supporting, and managing any large ERP solutions in a scalable environment
- 8+ years of experience leading ERP solution implementation, cross business units rollout, ERP integration and consolidation
- Prior experiences in implementing greenfield or upgrading large ERP enterprise system, specifically with a focus on driving large-scale ERP and platform enabled transformations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves as needed to ensure group success
- Ability to influence process design to minimize customizations
- Good command in Chinese and English
