Administration Manager - Enterprise Banking (Job ID 4638)
Responsibilities
- Be a team member of Enterprise Banking Department
- Provide administrative support to different parties within the department
- Manage office administration and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
- Prepare business MIS reports, presentations, memorandums, and correspondence
- Take up ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- University graduate
- Minimum of 5 years banking experience with strong knowledge on administration work
- Relevant HKIB qualification would be an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Mature, self-motivated, a good team player, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office, Tableau, Power Point etc. Chinese word processing ability is an advantage
(Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Administration Manager)
