Funding Application Management

  • Apply for various government funding programs in Hong Kong, including the Innovation and Technology Fund, grant schemes, and R&D subsidies.
  • Communicate with government departments and agencies to ensure accuracy and compliance in all application documents.

Administrative Support

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as document management, meeting coordination, filing, and general support duties.
  • Organize financial records and prepare reports to support and verify the funding application process.
  • Provide logistical support for team travel arrangements, meetings, and events to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Pre-Sales Material Preparation

  • Prepare pre-sales materials, including company introduction documents, promotional materials, product presentations, and project proposals.
  • Assist in marketing and business development efforts by providing accurate and professional company and product information to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling materials that attract prospective clients and support business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with government funding applications in Hong Kong, familiar with the processes and requirements of various grant programs.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to efficiently draft and finalize various application documents and reports.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented and responsible, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a related field within administrative management.
