Responsibilities:
Funding Application Management
- Apply for various government funding programs in Hong Kong, including the Innovation and Technology Fund, grant schemes, and R&D subsidies.
- Communicate with government departments and agencies to ensure accuracy and compliance in all application documents.
- Track application progress, maintain and update records, and ensure timely completion of the funding application process.
Administrative Support
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as document management, meeting coordination, filing, and general support duties.
- Organize financial records and prepare reports to support and verify the funding application process.
- Provide logistical support for team travel arrangements, meetings, and events to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Pre-Sales Material Preparation
- Prepare pre-sales materials, including company introduction documents, promotional materials, product presentations, and project proposals.
- Assist in marketing and business development efforts by providing accurate and professional company and product information to potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling materials that attract prospective clients and support business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with government funding applications in Hong Kong, familiar with the processes and requirements of various grant programs.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to efficiently draft and finalize various application documents and reports.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented and responsible, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a related field within administrative management.
- Basic knowledge of pre-sales material preparation and marketing.
