The Role
VP, Rewards, Human Resources Department
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for upholding or updating human resources policies to meet the requirements of the head office, firmwide business direction and market practices;
- Compensation: Coordinate, participate and handle annual salary and benefit projects, including annual salary increases and promotions; Serve as an internal consultant to handle salary questionnaires and regularly re-examine the salary structure;
- Benefits: Lead the processing of benefits and insurance renewals, and ensure the process complies with internal guidelines and legislation;
- Prepare management reports and analyzes on a regular basis;
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Familiar with the Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations of financial institutions;
- Over 5 years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits in multinational companies or financial institutions;
- Proficient in office software such as Word, PPT, Excel, and fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
- Good organizational and communications skills, language expression skills, strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and withstand pressure.
