Job Description

  • Provide services to customers and sales channel personnel at remote Customer Centers
  • Support Life Operation Project, including LA and Claims Instant Cheque Services
  • Handle frontline enquiries and prepare replies to letters, emails, faxes, quotations, and document retrieval
  • Assist in checking and processing new business applications
  • Collect customer feedback and suggest ways to improve overall satisfaction
  • Draft procedures and processes to improve existing operating practices
  • Express concerns and suggestions regarding employee satisfaction
  • Timely and correct follow-up on customer enquiries

Requirements

  • Experience of customer service experience in financial institutions, preferably in the insurance sector
  • IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & 5 is an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manners
  • Good language and communication skills
  • Good administrative skills, especially in business writing
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
