Our Client is a well-known financial organisation and has a sizeable IT team in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Helpdesk Support to join their service delivery team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support to internal users. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals without prior experience in the field who are looking to enter the IT industry. The role initially offers a 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal. Training and career progression within the company will be provided.
Key Contributions:
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal staff seeking technical assistance
- Respond to support queries via phone, email, or in-person, providing prompt and efficient resolutions
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on technology-related topics
Core Expectations:
- Degree Tertiary or above qualification in IT, Sciences or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of technical support or customer service experience
- Familiar with Microsoft products
