About the Role

Deliver the quality service & operations platform in the sales operations & project management functions to business partners

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Participate and support all life cycles of department projects, including but not limited to idea collection/sharing, test plan design, launch plan, post-implementation monitoring and ongoing enhancements
  • Manage daily operation support of digital platforms for business partners including communication and trouble-shooting fix with relevant stakeholders
  • Act as a Business Analyst to review and streamline the business processes through digital means or system automation
  • Assist Team Head to drive adoption of digital tools by business partners
  • Conduct regular review on system/e-tools usage and provide suggestion and implementation plan for improvement
  • Manage the maintenance of digital platforms and conduct regular update to external and internal users
  • Coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the project deliverables are completed in good quality and within timeline
  • Share the advice and experiences to the teammates
  • Analyze data to evaluate performance of the initiative
  • Assist Department Head and Team Head on ad hoc assignments
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • University/College graduate with 5-8 years' relevant working experiences
  • Solid project management and process improvement experiences
  • Experience on digital platform/ e-commerce/ InsurTech is a plus
  • Hands on experience in sales operations/ sales support
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Proactive and independent
  • Responsible, detailed-minded and team-oriented
  • Analytical skills with good MS knowledge including but not limited to Excel
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
