Vice President, Business Management - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Vice President, Business Management C13) based in Hong Kong. The Vice President, Business Management is a senior level position responsible for the formulation and implementation of long and short-term strategic plans and objectives to increase market share/penetration and maximize opportunities for growth throughout the marketplace.
In this role, you're expected to: - Lead discussions, analysis, adaption, and implementation of sales initiatives
- Drive success of sales practices
- Lead Business Updates to CHKL Board
- Drive Initiatives to support strategic plans
- Lead Resource Management - Headcount and Contractual
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
- Solid relevant experience
- Experience in sales support function, program management,
- Experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management industry preferred
- Experience in Project Management, Project Management Office, or practices at a regional level in a financial institution preferred
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Gantt charts, and Visio
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication as well as demonstrated presentation skills
