This role will provide business analytic support and deliver assigned corporate-wide, cross-departmental, Product and Campaign projects, medical network initiatives and claims and health-initiated projects.
Job Responsibilities: - Analyse Claims Operation's and Health Operation's needs, review & validate, prepare user stories from project stakeholders. Review functional specifications
- Prepare user acceptance test plan, execute testing, document test results and communicate the results to both IT and business users for rectification / verification
- Assist manager to perform post implementation monitoring after system implementation, production incident follow-up, investigation and reporting
- Provide support, prepare user guide and training to Claims Operations and Health Operations
- Perform ad hoc assignment and analysis
Job Requirements: - Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience of project management or business analysis in life insurance or financial industry is preferred
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Good presentations, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude, highly flexible, able to perform under challenging environment
- Customer oriented, equipped with agile project management and business
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is desirable
