A well established corporate bank is looking for Associate with 3 years relevant working experience to join their Loan Operations and Agency team.
Your new role
- Processing bilateral loans and syndicated loans transactions;
- Perform syndication agency function and loan administration;
- Review the draft of structured & syndicated loan documentation, and to ensure all terms and conditions as well as security arrangements are properly structured according to the bank's policy;
- Work closely with other departments for loan draw down and other operation activities;
- Liaise with legal counsels and marketing units to ensure proper and efficient operations of credit administration work;
- Maintain the documentation tracking and filing system;
- Process customer due diligent (KYC);
- Support other operation functions like trade finance and/or settlement if required.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience with corporate loan documentation and syndication agency function;
- Bachelor Degree holder with relevant working experience;
- Good command and communication skills in written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Experience in bilateral loan and syndication loan.
