About the Role As a Senior Case Manager in our Institutional Onboarding team, you'll play a key role to support the delivery of a superior client Service experience for the clients including Corporate and Institutional Bank client base through timely execution, coaching the team, planning and capacity management in BAU as well as in projects/programmes. You will also support Static Data Amendments requests, reports and transition projects.

What will your day look like? As a Senior Case Manager you will be responsible for;
- Managing, tracking and validating the onboarding, maintenance and reviews requests whilst delivering service excellence, client satisfaction and ownership of continuous improvement initiatives and developing client solutions
- Being the key client contact person for onboarding and review issues relating but not limited to KYC and be able to evaluate and make recommendations on the suitability of on-boarding and retaining a customer in terms of AML risk to the bank
- Providing on-the-job training and refresher training to team members to ensure the team as a whole is in compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Leading the subordinates to manage any AML/Sanctions/CTF projects/programmes and business operations proactively, working with all facets of the business in achieving its purpose and business objectives. Additionally, this role must be able to initiate, recommend and support any risk based solutions to achieve well managed, sustainable and compliant outcomes.
- Maintaining collaborative relationships with key local stakeholders, including Relationship Management, Operations, Implementation, Product, Compliance, Legal and other business partners to ensure a complete end to end service proposition is delivered

- Tertiary qualified
- Proven experience in KYC documentation and processing
- Solid background in stakeholder management
- Strong conceptual and practical understanding of Client Onboarding and Review
- High-level oral and written communication and negotiation skills
- Effective at planning and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Skilled in problem-solving by identifying and resolving issues
- Experienced in coaching and teaching team members
- Proficient in team building and leading cohesive teams
