About the role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining good relationship with existing clients and drive the business growth through sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current worldwide distributors, focusing on business growth and performance improvement
- Identify new business opportunities, including new distributors, partnership, projects and market analysis etc.
- Manage sales forecast, performance, reports and strategic planning
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, finance, legal, and supply chain management.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in B2B account management or business development
- Preferably from medical aesthetics, medical device or professional industry with international exposure or multicultural setting
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Passionate, self-motivated with can-do attitude and solid business acumen
- Strong interpersonal, diplomatic, communication and negotiation skills
