About Our Client:
Our client is a leading retail hospitality brand with a strong presence across Asia. This is a high-impact leadership role centered on driving expansion, optimizing operations, and delivering revenue growth in the dynamic Hong Kong market. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Country General Manager will oversee all retail branches in Hong Kong. This role requires a strategic leader to spearhead market expansion, lead branch operations, and strengthen the businesss position in the competitive retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand the companys retail footprint, including identifying new opportunities, establishing new branches, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Operational Excellence & Revenue Generation: Manage daily operations of all branches, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service while driving innovative initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and lead a high-performing team, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain strong industry relationships to support the businesss growth objectives.
Requirements:
Academic Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields.
Experience: At least 12 years in senior management roles within retail, leasing, events, or the entertainment industry, with a proven track record in market expansion and business growth.
Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate competitive markets and deliver results.
