Job Description: Responsibilities: - To handle incoming and outgoing calls from and to members, employers and others in timely, courteous, efficient, effective and professional manner.
- To achieve expected standards of service and also meet standards in terms of quality, cost effectiveness and compliance with legislative requirements when completing assigned work/tasks.
- To collect client's feedback for service improvement.
Requirement: - Degree holder in business or any related disciplines
- At least 2 years working experience in financial institutions, preferably in call centre/ customer service
- Knowledge in customer service functions
- Knowledge of MPF and ORSO legislation
- Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including Word, Excel
