This position is responsible to assist the Manager, Lending Card Products to devise strategies and marketing programs to drive the portfolio growth for all lending credit card portfolio in Hong Kong.

The incumbent will partner with the various LOBs to help deliver the required Billings, AIF, AR and revenue and PTI targets and ensure that excellent customer service is delivered according to our Risk appetite. Additionally, this position will be responsible for developing and driving the strategy to broaden our reach and strengthen engagement with Millennials and Gen Z.

This position has accountability for maximizing the profitability of the portfolio through building or modifying products, benefits and/or services. The incumbent will work with our Risk Management and Central teams to develop innovative engagement strategies to further our build profitable Revolve AR with the lending portfolio. Additionally, he/she will work to ensure we have the best suite of products and services to suit the changing needs of the marketplace and target audience and lead the drive for any new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management, recommend & execute product and marketing strategies to grow proprietary Credit Card business for Hong Kong. This includes but not limited to CM activation, spend and lend engagement, loyalty and anti-attrition
  • Develop and execute Millennials and Gen Z strategy to broad our reach and penetration in the target segment
  • Work with other ICS teams and other LOBs, especially Risk Management and GSN to deepen customer relationship and ensure superior customer service is delivered
  • Work with Central team to improve product development and increase digital engagement to enhance overall competitive positioning
  • Ensure the portfolio marketing and other activities are compliant with all Regulatory and legal reforms as well as internal guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Marketing/ Business
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in credit card, financial or consumer industry
  • Strong marketing and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, data analysis and problems solving skills
  • Strong P & L mindset
  • Strong collaboration skills, good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work with external partners and manage multiple relationship in matrix environment
  • Outward looking with keen interest on competitive and evolving industry trends for the consumer lending and credit card products
  • Able to work independently and excellent time management skills
  • People management skills a plus
