Head of Accounting

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the Accounting Department and manage the company's daily accounting and treasury operations.
• Carry out financing activities, including handling banking matters.
• Prepare annual financial statements, statutory returns, and monthly/quarterly management reports.
• Deliver accurate financial and non-financial management information to assist in decision-making.
• Ensure the companies maintain sufficient financial positions to meet the liquidity requirements set by the authorities.
• Coordinate external and internal audit projects.
• Liaise and coordinate with tax specialist on tax matters.
• Monitor FRR and finance compliance matters.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines.
• CPA qualified with minimum 15 – 20 years relevant work experience in accounting and financial functions.
• Proficient in accounting system, Epicor, FRX, and SUN Accounting.
• Solid accounting knowledge in the field of securities dealing and asset management.
• Good leadership and management capabilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
