Compliance Business Analyst/Project Manager

This leading investment bank is seeking a compliance BA or PM to join their legal and compliance team. The incumbent will focus on compliance and risk related projects, individuals with target operating model experience within compliance framework is welcome to apply. This is a contract role with expectations to renew.

Key Responsibilities:

  • assist to develop and improve compliance andĀ risk framework to align across APAC region with global policies and procedures
  • be the point of contact for APAC to assist in analysis and discussions on topics such as global policy changes
  • proactive in develop, influence and lead initiatives
  • provide clear deliverables and lead progress to ensure project is on track and completed on schedule
  • work closely with key stakeholders
  • prepare and present management reporting decks for regional compliance forums and steering committees
  • support in ad hoc projects

Key Skills:

  • university degree in related disciplines
  • 7 - 10 years of work experience in financial services or consultancy
  • knowledge in compliance and/or risk frameworks and experience in navigating regulatory environment
  • experienced project manager and good understanding of project lifecycle
  • good business acumenĀ and effective communicator
  • strong stakeholder management skills
  • problem solver and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English is a must
