.Key Responsibilities
This position sits under the regional office. You will be:
- Responsible for the APAC business performance, conduct in-depth analysis of sales, KPIs, profitability, marco and growth strategies
- Perform insightful evaluation on the corporate's directions and financials; identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities in various local offices
- Design, formulate, and implement short-term and long-term growth strategies to achieve APAC business goals
- Conduct cost-benefit exercises of existing products, distribution channels, and effectiveness of existing partnerships
- Carry out regular reviews with local offices on KPIs, product performances, and plans of action
- Take part in monthly presentations to the C-Suites
- Build long-term trust and relationships with internal stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting Business, or a related discipline
- 13-15 years of experience in business finance, performance management, actuary from the insurance industry
- Experience sitting in a Regional Office is most preferred
- Solid knowledge of insurance products, markets, and financials
- Make a positive impact on the business with a flexible and strategic mindset
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
