About the Role Reporting to Associate Director, Corporate Communications, the incumbent is responsible to lead, drive and implement the company communications initiatives to support business priorities. The role requires extensive collaboration with different business functions and external partners to maximise business benefits. The incumbent is also responsible for supporting company-wide initiatives for AIA Hong Kong and Macau, and AIA Group when required.

Roles and Responsibilities: - Plan and execute comprehensive internal and external corporate communications strategies to enhance the company's brand/image.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to ensure effective communications.
- Develop communications materials such as press release, interview briefing documents, Q&As and social media content.
- Assist supervisor in handling media enquiries, crisis and issues.
- Monitor industry development, market trends and regulatory changes to identify external communication opportunities and issues.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
Minimum Job Requirements: - University degree holder or above, preferably in journalism, communications, PR & marketing discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate communications and/or public and media relations. Experience in insurance industry is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, able to communicate with all levels in the organisation including Senior Management, teammate with strong sense of responsibilities, able to meet tight deadlines and positive working demeanour.
