Manager/Senior Manager, IT Governance and Control

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Ensure IT projects are carried out in accordance with the banks governance, risk control and compliance requirements.
• Provide advisory supports on the design of IT risks and controls to address regulatory requirements.
• Establish and drive the implementation of IT controls, processes and procedures.
• Work closely with operation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, development, risk, compliance and audit teams to foster a collaborative approach to IT governance and control management.
• Drive the development of IT operational procedures and IT governance projects.
• Provide advisory supports on the review of responses to inquiries from the regulators.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external independent assessments / audits.

JOB REQUIREMENT 

• Bachelors degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Must possess at least one relevant IT professional certification such as CISM, CISA, or CISSP. 
• 5 - 8 years of experience in managing IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance at banks / financial institutions.
• Good understanding of IT technology best practice and HKMA regulatory framework, and general understanding of banking products. 
• Agile and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks; Able to work independently 
• Strong command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken), with Putonghua proficiency as an advantage.
