Your team
You'll be working in the Client Doc Hub of Capturing & Scanning (C&S) team in Hong Kong as a Deputy Team Lead.
Your team is responsible for converting documents (external and internal) to digital format using high-resolution scanner. The team also handle documents from reception to archival - this includes steps like pre-scan checks, scanning, data capturing, rejection handling and archival as well as retrieval of archived, stored documents.
You as the deputy lead of the CDH C&S HK team is expected to involve / participate in the projects or processes change/enhancement topic across Singapore. In addition, staff will need to support in the partnership with Change the Bank team (CtB) to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for changes relating to job scope.
Your expertise
You have:
• a university degree
• the right mindset for change to drive process improvement and adapt to changing conditions
• working knowledge of MS word, excel, simple indexing and web-based applications
You are:
• meticulous, detail oriented and experienced in running a team specialize in document lifecycle's operating model
• experienced in leading process & system transformation change, understand the impact and operating model on the front to back workflow
• client focused and motivated to work in partnership with front to back stakeholders to define practical solutions that meets the business requirements
• able to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines
• good risk and control mindset with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving
• good presentation skill and be able to articulate and present project progress, issues, and propose viable solutions.
• able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and in writing in English
• knowledge or experience with mainstream data visualization/analytical tool - like MS PowerBI, Alteryx or Python, will be a plus
