Digital Transformation Lead

My client is a life insurance company in HK. They are seeking a Digital Lead to drive their digital transformation, develop and manage digital products, and foster collaboration across the organization.

Salary: HK$80k - HK$110k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital, core, and workforce transformation initiatives.
  • Develop a collaboration model for HK, and China 
  • Work with leadership and stakeholders to create and implement change management plans.
  • Identify digital opportunities to enhance customer engagement and experience.
  • Define initiatives and roadmaps with Corporate Strategy and Customer Experience teams.
  • Build and manage a cross-functional team for key projects like customer loyalty platforms and corporate websites.
  • Oversee product roadmaps, business cases, feature prioritization, development, testing, release, and post-launch support.
  • Plan and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage risks and issues, and drive team efficiency improvements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or Information Management.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital product management and digital transformation.
  • At least 3 years in the financial or insurance industry 
  • Proven experience in end-to-end digital product management and delivery.
  • Strong strategic vision and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
