Fixed Income PM (RO4&9)-Chinese-based Asset Management

We are cooperating with a Chinese-based Asset Management in hiring Fixed Income PM (RO4&9), base HK, focusing on overseas debt investment with 5 years+ independent portfolio management experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute fixed income investment strategies that are in line with the overall objectives of the company
  • Perform comprehensive research on bond investments to guide strategic decisions;
  • Manage portfolio market risks include FX, interest rate and credit risk exposure;
  • Act as a Responsible Officer (RO) with the SFC for Type 4&9 regulated activities and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations;
  • To execute transaction and prepare report in pertinent and timely manner;
  • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

 

Requirements:

  • Eligible to apply for Type 4&9 Responsible Officer designation with the Hong Kong SFC;
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with a solid understanding of economics, finance, and company research;
  • A minimum of 5 years in the financial sector, with a focus on managing fixed income portfolios
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
  • Possess strong business insight along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
