Responsibilities: You will be responsible for providing administrative support to marketing teams related to customer service, handling deposit creation & rollover, account opening, conducting company searches, AML checking as well as handling customer enquiries and customer files maintenance.
Requirements: - Post-secondary education, with University Degree is preferred
- HKIB Certified Banker would be an advantage
- Holder of ECF Certification would be an advantage
- At least 3 years' relevant working experience in banking industry
- Good PC knowledge and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and mature with positive attitude
- Good communication skill with good command of English and Chinese
- Capable to work under pressure
