Summary:
The role focuses on managing projects and delivering technical solutions for a Global Derivatives Execution platform. The candidate will work with business and IT teams to define requirements and ensure the end-to-end delivery of solutions, covering both pre-trade and post-trade workflows for Listed Derivatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects, including planning, tracking, and coordination to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and resolve risks and issues affecting project milestones.
- Communicate status updates and escalate risks during meetings with Business and IT stakeholders.
- Analyze and design processes and applications for pre-trade and post-trade flows in Listed Derivatives execution.
- Write functional and technical specifications and design testing strategies for pre-trade and post-trade workflows.
- Perform system integration testing and manage QA test scripts.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple teams and users.
- Drive the Change Management process for production deployment.
- Coordinate FIX onboarding for electronic trading clients, including interactions with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide Level 3 production support and troubleshoot software and networking issues.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry with exposure to Listed Derivatives in APAC markets.
- Knowledge of Asia exchange connectivity and market structure.
- Understanding of OMS/EMS functionalities and order execution workflows.
- Strong knowledge of FIX Protocol.
- Familiarity with front office trade lifecycle, and middle and back office workflows.
- Experience in SQL and XML file configuration.
- Proficiency in using JIRA and Bloomberg Terminal.
Qualifications:
- Agency Listed Derivatives trading business knowledge is preferred.
- Basic understanding of physical networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Fidessa and ULLINK is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for detailed documentation.
