Vice President/Senior Vice President - Corporate Finance (Consumer Sector)

Job Responsibilities:

1. To assist Managing Director to identify business opportunities in the market, pitch, deliver presentation and manage the marketing of corporate finance services financial solutions with key focus on its own client segment
2. Maintain existing client relationship and explore new client businesses
3. Lead a team to provide a wide range of corporate finance services to clients including initial public offerings, financial advisory and merger and acquisitions, takeover and capital raising exercise

Job Specification:

1. 6-8 years relevant experience preferably in investment banking. Working experience in consumer sector are preferred
2. University degree and prefer to have a master degree or additional professional qualifications in Accountancy or Law
3. Extensive experience in team management, marketing, negotiation, transaction structuring, analyzing and problem solving, have established personal connections in the business
4. Solid business network especially in financial institutions sector
5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
6. Excellent negotiation and marketing skills
7. Self-motivated, articulate and able to win the confidence of others
