Fund Operations, Associate to Junior VP Level

A leading Chinese Securities Firm is looking to hire a middle level Fund Operations candidate with solid experience in ETF operations. Preferably with experience in using Enfusion and Bloomberg AIM. Professional proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must.

Salary: Negotiable

  • Supervise and provide daily operational support including ETF creation / redemption and perform daily reconciliations
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage daily cash flows within the ETFs, including monitoring cash balances, processing dividends, and coordinating with custodians and brokers for efficient cash management
  • Manage daily ETF net asset value (NAV) calculation process, ensuring timely and accurate valuation of fund assets
  • Ensure any issues related to trade matching and failed settlement are settled and resolved timely with external counterparties
  • Participate in new fund launch, work closely with the team on test cases and conduct UAT to actual implementation
  • Assist in account opening and due diligence with brokers
  • Coordinating with external auditors for annual audit
  • Participate in project initiatives, business development and fund operation related duties
