We're looking for someone like that to:

• be responsible for client lifecycle maintenance of client information. This includes reviewing account documentation, maintaining client static data and ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• able to understand new regulatory requirements, translating them into operational procedures
• understand the processes; ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and UBS policies
• think flexibly to propose new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services
• support remediation activities and ad-hoc tasks in relation to the integration of the operating platform

You'll be working in the Wealth Management Front Support Office team in Hong Kong. We provide support on private banking clients in line with the regulatory requirements and UBS group policies. The scope of work includes liaising with client advisors, business, and internal stakeholders to ensure that an excellent and outstanding client experience is achieved. We support the Hong Kong Wealth Management business for Client Lifecycle services and you will act as a business enabler to help UBS generate revenue.

Your expertise
• 2 - 5 years of working experience (experience on documentation review and system update in Banking/Wealth Management is preferrable though not essential)
• client focused, detail-oriented, can-do attitude to support needs of front line colleagues
• motivated to work in partnership with other departments
• strong risk and control mindset with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving
• a person with high service level standards
• a good communicator and an effective team player, with professional and positive attitude

• able to work under pressure to strict deadlines and good at improving processes and enhancing workflows
