Major Responsibility:

  • Design, optimize, and manage the compensation system based on the company's strategy and the Hong Kong insurance market to ensure competitive pay.
  • Develop and implement compensation structures, including base salary, bonuses, allowances, and benefits.
  • Conduct regular reviews and adjustments of compensation to ensure fairness and motivation.
  • Design and maintain the company's performance management system to effectively support business objectives.
  • Communicate with different departments to set performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Organize and coordinate the annual performance evaluations, providing feedback and development suggestions.
  • Collect and analyze compensation data, conduct market salary surveys, and ensure the company's compensation policies align with market standards.
  • Prepare compensation analysis reports to support management decisions.
  • Track and analyze the implementation of performance management, offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop the annual compensation budget and regularly monitor its execution to ensure spending is within budget.
  • Control compensation costs and propose suggestions for improvement to enhance the return on investment in compensation.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, performance, and benefits, ensuring transparency in the execution of relevant policies.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in full-time education, preferably in Human Resources.
  • At least3 years of relevant experience in compensation and performance management, with preference for candidates from the insurance industry.
  • Excellent logical thinking ability, strong teaching skills, and report writing ability
  • Good communication skills, learning ability, execution, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong awareness of compliance, ethics, and integrity
  • Proficient in speaking and writing Chinese, English, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
