Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities: Handle daily financial operations, including but not limited to processing expense reimbursements and payments, managing petty cash and financial documents, as well as collecting and organizing accounting records. Manage the organization’s bank accounts and execute internal and external fund allocations. Establish payment channels and execute operational payment and collection tasks according to business funding needs. Liaise with banks and third-party payment institutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily financial operations, including but not limited to processing expense reimbursements and payments, managing petty cash and financial documents, as well as collecting and organizing accounting records.
  • Manage the organizations bank accounts and execute internal and external fund allocations.
  • Establish payment channels and execute operational payment and collection tasks according to business funding needs.
  • Liaise with banks and third-party payment institutions.
  • Conduct company cost analysis, monitor and predict expenses and associated risks.
  • Provide daily operational analysis reports and regularly reconcile master data in financial systems with other finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support other finance teams or functional departments by providing data modeling, data analysis, and related technical assistance as required.
  • Handle accounting tasks for the companys economic activities, including general ledger, assets, and investment accounting.
  • Execute corporate tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations in Hong Kong, implementing rational tax planning, and staying updated on new tax regulations to mitigate tax risks.
  • Participate in internal process approvals, address business needs, provide professional financial advice, and mitigate operational and financial risks.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or above, with at least 6 years of experience in accounting or related financial roles.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements; strong professional foundation in accounting, finance, investment, actuarial science, or risk management.
  • Prior experience with expense control (fee control) systems is preferred.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
