A Well-Established Foreign corporate bank is looking for a Manager (Checker) with 8 years of relevant working experience to join their Credit Documentation & Loan Agency Team.
Your new role
- Prepare and review loan documentation for corporate loans, including bilateral loans and syndicated loans
- Work closely with the bank's legal counsel, RM and borrowers to prepare and review complex loan legal agreements
- Act as primary escalation point for Hong Kong Branch's bilateral loan portfolio and syndicated loan portfolio as the loan agency
- Distribute and manage loan documentation to participating banks and arrangers
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements
- Implemented oversight and governance frameworks for information undertakings and margin adjustment process to reduce operational risk
- Monitor and report on the status of agency loans to senior management and other stakeholders
- Participate in the negotiation of loan terms and conditions
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience with corporate loan documentation and syndication agency function;
- Bachelor Degree holder with relevant working experience;
- Good command and communication skills in written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Experience in bilateral loan and syndication loan products.
