- A leading international bank is seeking an experienced individual to join the team as an APAC FP&A Lead.
Your new role
- Prepare and analyse various FP&A reports, including revenue, expenses, and balance sheet reports.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Report directly to the department head, acting as an individual contributor.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial reporting and financial planning & analysis.
- Working experience in banks and big4.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification are preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
